Situated on the road between Sainte Livrade sur Lot and Casseneuil, next to the school of agriculture (Lycée agricole) the L’eperon Livradais centre is open all year round from Tuesdays to Saturdays. Catering for all ages from 4 years upwards. L’eperon Livradais offers Treks, lessons and horse-ball.

Address – Earl Missandre-cheval, Roche, 47380 St Pierre de Caubel, Lot et Garonne, South West France.
St Pierre de Caubel, situated between Monclar and St Pastour and north of Sainte Livrade sur Lot, is about a 20 min drive from Valmar Gite.
At Missandre-Cheval they cater for riders of all abilities, your host for the day will lead you from Caubel, through the woods and rolling hills towards St Pastour. You may get as far as the lake at Cancon and if you ride during the summer months you may well wish to take your swimming attire with you and take a refreshing dip in the lake, when you stop for a much deserved lunch break. Crinière au vent

Address – Take the RN21 from Villeneuve sur Lot towards Agen. After 13km turn left, taking the D110 in the direction of Laroque Timbaut. Crinière au vent is a few hundred metres along this road. A little further afield, but still only about a 30 min car ride from Valmar Gite. At Crinière au vent you can take lessons, go on treks of an hour or two, or even a hike of 1 to 3 days. The instructors will take you on a ride through the varied local countryside of the Lot et Garonne, passing through woods of oak trees, down green valleys, across a creek, then backtracking along a limestone plateau, taking in the abundance of local flora, fauna and wildlife.
