A further ten minutes takes you to the larger Provincial Town of Villeneuve Sur Lot, which, as its name suggests, straddles the river Lot and offers facilities including banks, restaurants, cafés, shopping etc, etc. Valmar is set in three quarters of an acre of private grounds, which afford stunning views over nearby vineyards and rolling hills.
